Our mission is to get every baby, toddler and kid (big and little) in Australia into shoes that fit their feet as well as their adventures, their personality, and their family, perfectly.

What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member, you’ll bring your energy and A-game to the shop floor by:

• Delivering warm, engaging customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Assisting customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
• Driving sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach
• Contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork

Who You Are

You're the kind of person who:

• Has flexible availability from October 2025 through February 2026, including weekends and late nights
• Brings the energy — you're reliable, positive, and love helping others
• Has solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail or customer service, but if not, we’ll teach you
