ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Concession Store Manager to lead our beautiful Yarra Trail Malvern David Jones concession.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, inspire a close-knit team, and create a welcoming space where customers feel at home and leave feeling confident in their style. With your passion for people and retail, you’ll drive sales, elevate the in-store experience, and bring the Yarra Trail brand to life, every single day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with Yarra Trail's brand guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maximise product availability
• Complete daily reporting, sales analysis, and KPI tracking
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to support store performance

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a small team
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
• Confident in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Eye for styling and maintaining brand-aligned visual presentation
• Understanding of day-to-day retail processes, stock control, and point-of-sale systems
• Clear verbal and written communication for liaising with team members and head office
• Passion for fashion retail, particularly in womenswear and lifestyle apparel
