ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Store Manager at Hush Puppies Sydney Central, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll motivate and develop a high-performing team, maintain strong visual and brand standards, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This role suits a hands-on retail leader who is passionate about footwear, customer service, and achieving results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
• Drive store performance through effective sales strategies and commercial decision-making
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to support succession planning

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
