We’re on the hunt for a superstar Store Manager to take the lead at Shoes & Sox Chatswood!

This is a full-time, permanent gig for someone who’s passionate about people, thrives in retail, and knows how to turn “just another store visit” into a moment that matters.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the heart and sole (see what we did there?) of the store – coaching your team, delighting customers, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to smash targets and celebrate the wins
  • Bring serious customer vibes – create genuine connections with every little foot (and big one too)
  • Keep things running smoothly – stock, sales, rosters, and everything in between
  • Style the store to look its best with standout visual merchandising
  • Stay on top of stock loss like a boss
  • Make sure the store is safe, positive, and a fun place to work
