ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We’re seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager (Part Time) to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Liverpool. You’ll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a leadership role focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team.

Please note – this is a Part Time position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
• Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
• Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
• Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
• Recruiting, training, and growing the team’s skills and capabilities
• Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
• Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
• A passion for footwear, fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
• Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
• Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
• A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve KPIs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
