As Store Development Coordinator, you will support the design, documentation and construction of retail store projects across all Brand Collective brands.

Reporting to the Group Design & Development Manager and working closely with Leasing and key stakeholders, you will help ensure store openings, refurbishments and closures are delivered efficiently on time and on budget. This role plays a key part in coordinating tenders, maintaining project documentation and supporting operational teams with retail construction and maintenance matters.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the design, documentation and construction process for new store openings, refurbishments and relocations
  • Issuing requests for tender and collating contractor quotes
  • Maintaining comprehensive project records including drawings, quotes, purchase orders, photos and related documentation
  • Driving process efficiencies to improve cost control and store opening timelines
  • Coordinating store closure notices and communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining fixture registers and store asset records
  • Tracking and managing defect lists to ensure timely resolution
  • Assisting store and operational teams with larger repair and maintenance issues
  • Supporting Brand Collective on ad hoc projects

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a retail construction or store development role
  • Solid understanding of retail fit-out, store architecture, plans and specifications
  • Strong project coordination or project management experience
  • Established network of shopfitters, suppliers and manufacturers advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • AutoCAD proficiency (essential)
  • Adobe Suite skills advantageous
