ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Join Shoes & Sox as our Marketing Manager and lead the charge in growing Australia's largest kids footwear brand. Based in Alexandria, you’ll drive omnichannel marketing activity, brand expansion, content strategy, and campaign delivery. Reporting into the Group Marketing Centre of Excellence and working closely with the Shoes & Sox GM, this is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a brand that’s passionate about service and fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, loyalty, influencer, and in-store channels
  • Oversee content and communications strategy across all touchpoints
  • Manage the content critical path and creative workflow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent brand experiences
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to guide marketing direction
  • Build and manage the marketing budget
  • Lead and develop a small marketing team
  • Partner with community organisations on key initiatives and events
  • Champion brand consistency across storytelling, creative, and messaging

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in omnichannel retail marketing
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven campaign success and data-led decision making
  • Skilled stakeholder manager with cross-functional experience
  • Creative and customer-centric, with a clear understanding of brand strategy
  • Experienced in content planning, budgeting, and media scheduling
  • Excellent communicator, highly organised, and detail-oriented
  • Confident managing loyalty, email, and social media growth initiatives
