ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

To provide a broad range of sales support to the National Sales Manager through the development of effective customer relationships (internal & external), support seasonal sell in presentations, complete customer administration requirements and provision of sales data analysis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Generating and managing Sales Reports
  • Communication between internal & external customers about delivery updates, SKU changes, create customer delivery date trackers for each season
  • Support replenishment orders to ensure delivery in full and on time.
  • Inventory support (aging stock, replenishment SOH reports)
  • Support clearing excess stock
  • Coordinate & manage samples
  • Update weekly SOH reports to retailers
  • Update Open PO reports to retailers
  • Support and develop relationships with key customers groups (Buyers Assistants)
  • Liaise between NSM and Retailers on adhoc projects
  • Provide support to the NSM on customer seasonal range showings
  • Prepare price lists for customer range and check prices are correct in system
  • Prepare seasonal catalogues when approved by NSM
  • Create seasonal order forms/buy files
  • Enter seasonal orders ahead of order cut off dates
  • Supply seasonal bar code reports to retailers
  • Supply seasonal fabric comps to retailers
  • Create and maintain seasonal drop sheets for key customers by category
  • Check retailers’ websites for promo activity
  • Update & manage systems and retailer-shared documents to ensure accurate range and product attributes.  (E Comm)

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in the coordination of multiple processes
  • Experience in sales administration and processes
  • Exposure to the supply chain process
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to assess and interpret data and make recommendations based on evidence
