THE ROLES: Seasonal Casual Team Members

Established in 1985 here in Australia, every piece in the Review collection is lovingly designed and full of personality. We committed to creating a world where people can escape into with signature prints, delicate fabrics and feminine silhouettes, drawing inspiration from vintage elements.

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member at Review, you will provide wonderful customer service, ensuring our customers receive the authentic and engaging ambassadorship that we are known for!

As part of the team at Review, you will join the much-loved Australian-owned brand, promoting classic fashion with a modern, luxurious twist. You are the face of the brand to our customers, offering memorable and exciting in-store experiences.

In these roles, you:

• Sell our product: actively listen and offer suggestions to customers based on their needs;
• Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system;
• Support with VM, store cleanliness and a Safety-First culture.

ABOUT YOU: What experience, skills and availability do you need?

• Flexible availability between November 2024-January 2025;
• A positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service;
• Communication and problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
