ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Yarra Trail Sorrento, you’ll be the friendly face that brings our brand to life in-store. You'll assist customers with styling advice, maintain store presentation, and support the team in meeting sales goals. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment. Flexibility, energy, and a great attitude are key!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Greet customers and provide friendly, personalised service
• Assist with styling advice and product recommendations
• Process sales through the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure stock is well-presented and replenished
• Support the team in meeting daily sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with unpacking deliveries and merchandising new stock
• Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with Yarra Trail's brand guidelines

• Has a genuine passion for fashion and helping customers feel confident in their style
• Delivers exceptional customer service with a warm and approachable attitude
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Is flexible with availability, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
• Brings strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team
