Our Penrith store is looking for a friendly, passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Assistant to join the team and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Penrith, you’ll be an important part of creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

You’ll help women find styles that make them look and feel their best, provide personalised styling advice, keep the store looking beautiful and work closely with your team to achieve store goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide warm, personalised and exceptional customer service
• Get to know our customers and help them find styles that suit their individual needs
• Offer confident styling and product advice to help customers feel fabulous
• Create a welcoming, clean and beautifully presented store environment
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and inventory management
• Support visual merchandising and ensure products are presented to their best
• Work collaboratively with the Penrith team to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and fun team environment

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves fashion and enjoys helping women find styles that make them feel confident
• Has previous experience in retail, fashion or a customer-facing role
• Enjoys building genuine relationships with customers
• Can adapt their selling and communication style to suit different customers
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and brings a positive can-do attitude to every shift
• Works well as part of a team and is happy to support your colleagues
• Can commit to an agreed part-time shift pattern, with some flexibility during busy trading periods
