We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our friendly team at Black Pepper Mt Hutton. If you love connecting with customers, enjoy helping women find outfits they feel amazing in, and thrive in a positive team environment, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing

Every shift will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of creating a great experience for our Mt Hutton customers.

• Welcome customers and provide warm, genuine service
• Help customers find the right fit and offer personalised styling advice
• Create a welcoming, tidy and visually appealing store
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Replenish stock and help keep the store well organised
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and sales targets

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves fashion and enjoys helping customers look and feel their best
• Has previous customer service or retail experience
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team
• Can adapt their approach to suit each customer
• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Can commit to an agreed part-time shift pattern, with some flexibility during busy trading periods
• Brings a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to every shift
