ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Love styling others and making someone's day just a little brighter? You might be the perfect fit for our Black Pepper Corrimal team!

We’re looking for a part-time Retail Assistant who brings warmth, energy, and a genuine passion for connecting with customers. If you’ve got a knack for style and love a chat, we’d love to meet you.

Our Corrimal team is all about delivering feel-good fashion moments — where our customers leave the store not only looking fabulous, but feeling fabulous too.

This role requires 22.5 hours fortnightly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creating one-of-a-kind customer experiences that feel personal, warm, and honest
• Styling customers to help them look and feel their best (we love a makeover moment!)
• Supporting the store team to smash sales goals and KPIs
• Helping with visual merchandising, store tidiness, admin tasks — and yes, the occasional climb up a ladder for stock!
• Getting involved in in-store events like charity mornings, tea parties and local community happenings
