ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We are currently looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at Hush Puppies Warringah. If you’re passionate about people, retail, and fashion – we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Work as part of a team to deliver an authentic and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer

• Actively sell on the shop floor to meet sales and KPI targets

• Maintain immaculate store presentation through our visual merchandising standards

• Learn and maintain strong product knowledge of our footwear and accessories

• Assist with stock management, including replenishment and stockroom organisation

• Support the Store Manager with general admin and maintenance duties (cleaning included)

• Use ladders to retrieve stock from height (you’ll need to be comfortable with this)

• You have previous experience in customer service

• You thrive in fast-paced team environments

• You’re committed to creating exceptional customer experiences

• You’ve got strong communication and organisational skills

• You’re a great listener who uses feedback constructively
