ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Review Myer Geelong, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering warm, personalised service and helping customers discover their perfect look. From styling advice and sales to stock replenishment and store presentation, you'll bring Review's signature charm and elegance to life in every customer interaction. If you have a love for fashion and a flexible, can-do attitude, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment and help create shopping experiences customers remember.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly approach
• Provide styling advice and support customers with product selections
• Process sales accurately and efficiently through the POS system
• Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and visual standards
• Replenish stock and keep sizes well-organised and available
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs

• You're warm, approachable, and confident engaging with customers
