Be a Brand Ambassador – provide every customer with a premium Elka Collective experience
Sell passionately and contribute to hitting store sales and KPI targets
Maintain exceptional store presentation aligned with our visual merchandising standards
Build strong product knowledge across apparel, footwear, and accessories
Help manage and replenish stock, ensuring an organised and efficient stockroom
Support your Store Manager with admin, general upkeep, and cleaning duties
Foster a positive attitude and bring the Elka Collective culture to life
You have previous customer service experience (bonus if it's in fashion or boutique retail!)
You’re positive, energetic, and thrive in fast-paced environments
You're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Your communication and organisational skills are on point
