ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our Merimbula team. You’ll help create a fun, stylish, and honest in-store experience that keeps our customers coming back. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, people, and making someone’s day better with genuine service.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Creating genuine, positive in-store experiences by understanding customer needs and being a true brand ambassador

• Styling customers to ensure they look and feel fabulous while contributing to sales and KPIs

• Participating in fun store events like morning teas and charity fundraisers

• Assisting in day-to-day store operations: visual merchandising, cleaning, and administration

• Maintaining an organized stockroom and using ladders to retrieve stock (you’ll need to be comfortable with this)

ABOUT YOU:

• You’re passionate about fashion and love helping people feel their best

• You’ve worked in a customer-facing retail or sales environment

• You’re flexible with your schedule and can assist during peak trading periods

• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, POS systems, and EFTPOS

• You can adapt your communication and selling style to meet the unique needs of each customer
