ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Marketing Manager for Reebok, you will drive brand growth and commercial success through strategic marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead brand strategy, campaign execution, digital and retail activations, and key partnerships while mentoring a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own and execute Reebok’s marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
• Develop localised creative and maximise global creative
• Lead seasonal campaigns, activations, and partnerships (including NBL) to drive brand impact.
• Optimise digital and retail marketing, maximising awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and use insights to shape future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and wholesale partners to amplify brand reach.
• Mentor and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

ABOUT YOU

• 7+ years’ experience in marketing within retail, fashion, sports, or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with a creative and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling.
