ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the commercial success of Reebok's largest wholesale customers across footwear, apparel and accessories.

Working with leading retail partners including JD Sports, Foot Locker and The Iconic, you'll develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities and deliver best-in-class execution across product, marketing and sales. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with internal teams and customers alike to maximise sales, strengthen relationships and bring Reebok's wholesale strategy to life.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage and grow strategic wholesale partnerships, developing long-term account plans that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability
  • Lead customer ranging, trading and Go-To-Market activities to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution
  • Analyse sales performance, inventory and sell-through data to identify opportunities and deliver commercial recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with key retail partners through regular business reviews, planning sessions and ongoing collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Planning, Merchandise and Commercial teams to align product, promotional activity and customer strategies
  • Manage trading terms, inventory performance and sales adjustments to achieve agreed business targets
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and performance updates to internal stakeholders and customers

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years' experience in Key Account Management, National Accounts or Wholesale Sales
  • Experience managing major retail accounts within fashion, footwear, sporting goods or consumer products
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sport, lifestyle or fashion brands and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
