We’re looking for an Integration & Data Solutions Specialist to help shape the future of Brand Collective’s technology landscape. In this role, you’ll support the Transformation & Integration Manager and play a key part in delivering enterprise-wide solutions across integration, automation, data platforms, AI, analytics and business intelligence.

You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Digital, Marketing and IT to build modern, scalable, connected systems that unlock smarter decision-making and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver integration and data initiatives aligned to the IT transformation roadmap
• Lead system integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, Digital and other core platforms
• Build and scale automation, middleware and API capabilities
• Support delivery of BI tools, dashboards, reporting and performance analytics
• Drive data governance, quality and master data management practices
• Support CDP/CRM integration and customer insight platforms
• Develop and maintain cloud-based data environments
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver technology solutions that enable business growth
• Champion adoption of modern data, integration, analytics and AI practices

ABOUT YOU

• Strong experience in enterprise systems integration and middleware
• Solid background in BI, analytics or data platform delivery
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and modern integration frameworks
• Strong API development/management understanding
• Experience delivering cross-functional digital or data-led projects
• Skilled at translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Curious, adaptive, collaborative and proactive in driving change
