Brand Collective is entering a significant period of growth and change, with brand acquisitions, new market and channel expansion, major platform upgrades and a long-term supply chain strategy all in the pipeline.

With the scale, pace and interdependence of this agenda increasing, we are creating a new function to bring greater structure, prioritisation and delivery discipline to the Group's major initiatives.

As Head of PMO, you will build the Project Management Office from the ground up. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the GM IT and GGM Digital, you will initially bring together our IT, Digital, data and platform initiatives into a single, prioritised technology roadmap, while establishing the governance, cadence and delivery standards for the PMO.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build something from day one, with direct access to the Executive and visibility across the Group's major investments.

As the PMO matures, your remit will broaden beyond technology into a Group PMO spanning major strategic initiatives including M&A and brand integration, market and channel expansion, platform upgrades and supply chain transformation.

You will become the single source of truth for the Executive on portfolio status, risk, investment, dependencies and benefits, while shaping the future structure and capability of the PMO as Brand Collective continues to grow.

This isn't a role stepping into an established PMO. It's an opportunity to build it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Establish the Group PMO from the ground up, initially focused on technology and IT transformation.
  • Consolidate IT, Digital, data and platform initiatives into a single, prioritised technology roadmap.
  • Lead and coordinate the project group, creating clarity around priorities, accountabilities, milestones, dependencies and delivery expectations.
  • Own the Group roadmap and coordinate the sequencing of major initiatives to manage capacity, investment, dependencies and overlap across the portfolio.
  • Partner with the COO, GM IT, GGM Digital and Executive Sponsors to prioritise initiatives, develop business cases and align investment to business priorities.
  • Design and embed practical PMO governance, including stage gates, reporting cadence, risk and issue management and portfolio reviews.
  • Bring structure and visibility to in-flight technology programs, proactively identifying delivery risks, resource conflicts and dependencies.
  • Establish and embed a consistent project delivery methodology, scaled to the size and complexity of each initiative.
  • Provide concise, actionable reporting to the COO and Executive, creating a single source of truth across portfolio status, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget and benefits.
  • Oversee aggregate project budgets and work with Finance to track forecasting, variances and benefits realisation.
  • Support major initiatives as the PMO remit expands, including M&A and brand integration, market and channel expansion, platform upgrades and supply chain transformation.
  • Build strong ways of working across the project group and shape the future PMO structure, capability and tools as the portfolio grows.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced PMO, program or portfolio leader who knows how to bring structure to complex environments, align people around priorities and keep major initiatives moving.

You will bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in PMO, program or portfolio leadership, ideally within retail, fashion or a multi-brand consumer environment.
  • Proven experience establishing a PMO from the ground up or significantly maturing an existing function.
  • A strong track record delivering large-scale, multi-workstream technology transformation.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple initiatives, stakeholders, dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and business case development.
  • Confidence leading and influencing project teams without relying on formal authority, creating accountability and momentum across the portfolio.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and constructively challenge at Executive level.
  • Experience across M&A integration, supply chain or enterprise platform programs will be highly regarded.
  • A builder mindset. You are energised by creating structure where it does not yet exist and are comfortable being hands-on while establishing the foundations.
  • A pragmatic approach to governance. You know when structure adds value and when it simply adds bureaucracy.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, with the judgement to make progress while bringing the right people into decisions.
  • Relevant project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or SAFe is desirable.
