ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As Graphic Designer for Review, you'll bring our brand to life through compelling creative across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with our Marketing team, you'll design and deliver engaging campaigns that inspire customers, strengthen our brand identity and support commercial growth across digital, retail and wholesale channels.
From seasonal campaign assets and social content to website creative, EDMs and in-store collateral, you'll play a key role in ensuring every piece of creative reflects the elegance, quality and personality that Review is known for.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, social, email, eCommerce, retail, print and packaging, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Review brand
- Develop engaging campaign creative that supports seasonal launches, brand storytelling and commercial trading initiatives
- Create website assets, EDMs, paid media, POS and in-store collateral that drive customer engagement and sales
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Merchandise and Retail teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard
- Contribute to creative direction, content development and campaign execution while identifying opportunities to elevate the brand's visual identity
- Support photography post-production, asset management and the ongoing development of templates and creative resources to improve efficiency
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design within fashion, retail or a consumer-focused brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative across digital, social, eCommerce and print
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills with a strong eye for typography, layout and brand storytelling
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and deliver work that drives customer engagement
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Passionate about fashion, design and creating beautiful customer experiences
