The Opportunity:

• Web creative and asset management across Shoe Warehouse
• Produce assets for a range of communications, including social, paid channels, email and web
• Create and design POS signage, in-store communications, and promotional material for Shoe Warehouse
• Share imagery to store centres for promotional local area marketing
• Schedule Store digital screens ensuring creative is reflective of instore promotional activity
• Work closely with marketing manager to ensure cohesion of design and alignment with seasonal creativity for all touchpoints
• Assist in the development and implementation of social activities
• Assist with development of creative direction for our campaigns
• Work to elevate the web experience by utilising your knowledge in web design to improve UX
• Ad hoc treatment of photography and touch ups
• Assist on design projects as required by the business, such as working on vertical branding and packaging
• Innovating and proactively elevating the look and feel of the brands by keeping across design trends and competitor analysis
• Understand our brand identity and work within each brand’s guidelines

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design and a passion in the discipline of design
• Tertiary qualification in graphic design is desirable
• Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
• Experience creating dynamic content for social (such as for reels)
• Experience designing for web, email, and social platforms highly favoured
• Flexibility, you will be able to pivot quickly and show a willingness to take on new tasks
• An obsession with detail and excellent communication skills verbally and through design
• A constructive approach to feedback and experience working collaboratively
• Understanding of web design and the user experience is favourable
• An interest in marketing and understanding of the importance of consistency across all channels
