        ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

        Review is seeking an experienced Garment Technician to play a pivotal role in delivering beautifully constructed, high-quality garments that reflect the brand’s design vision and commercial standards.

        Working closely with the Design and Production teams, this role is critical in translating creative concepts into technically sound, well-fitting garments that meet quality, cost and margin expectations. You’ll be a trusted technical expert, partnering with offshore vendors to ensure consistency, precision and excellence across the product lifecycle.

         

        WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

        • Create and maintain detailed garment specifications across all stages of the sampling process
        • Provide clear, accurate technical guidance to vendors to support correct sampling and construction
        • Lead fit sessions, ensuring garments meet fit, grading and quality standards across all categories
        • Review, measure and approve samples from prototype through to bulk production
        • Identify and resolve quality or construction issues in collaboration with Design, Production and QA
        • Ensure all garments meet safety, legal and compliance requirements
        • Manage approvals, timelines and technical documentation to critical path
        • Support continuous improvement in garment quality, construction and technical processes

         

        ABOUT YOU

        • Proven experience as a Garment Technician within womenswear or apparel
        • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading and fit
        • Confident working with offshore suppliers and complex supply chains
        • Highly detail-oriented with excellent technical and documentation skills
        • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly guide vendors
        • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
        • Collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset
        • Passionate about quality, fit and delivering garments that perform in market
