ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re on the lookout for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable customer experience. You’ll represent everything Canada Goose stands for — from quality product knowledge to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive store success by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver a premium customer journey with care, efficiency and brand pride
• Support store operations including transactions, stock handling, and store presentation
• Be a team player — communicate, collaborate and bring a positive energy every shift
• Embrace and reflect the Canada Goose brand values in all interactions

ABOUT YOU

You're passionate about people, love the outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin skills a plus
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-obsessed
• Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Retail experience in luxury or high-end lifestyle brands preferred
• Skilled with POS systems and inventory processes
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a team-first attitude
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
• Willing and able to attend training sessions
