ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

Apply to be a Casual Retail Assistant in our Chermside Store! This is your chance to join a dynamic and passionate team, helping create memorable customer experiences and representing an iconic brand both on and off the shop floor.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Work as part of a team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer

• Deliver exceptional customer service by personalising each customer’s experience at Reebok

• Ensure the store is immaculate by adhering to visual merchandising standards

• Achieve sales and KPI targets through collaboration and teamwork

• Develop strong product knowledge of Reebok footwear and products

• Support the Store Manager with administration, store maintenance and general cleaning

• Maintain a well-organised stockroom and comfortably use ladders to retrieve stock

• Embody the Reebok brand with a positive attitude

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous retail customer service experience

• Warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about footwear and fashion

• Thrive in fast-paced team environments

• Energetic and upbeat – a true motivator who makes the best of any situation

• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Eager to continuously learn and grow in your role
