ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We are always on the lookout for passionate and energetic brand ambassadors who will join us on our journey as we continue to grow and evolve this iconic Australian brand!

Currently, we are seeking exceptional Casual Retail Assistants for our Shoes and Sox store in Maroochydore!

In this role, you will work as part of a team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer by delivering exceptional service and personalising each shoe-fitting service.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards

• Work as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targets

• Develop and maintain product knowledge of footwear and accessories

• Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties, including cleaning

• Contribute to a well-organised stock room and be comfortable using ladders to retrieve stock from heights

• Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace the Shoes & Sox culture!

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous customer service experience – you're warm, welcoming, and enjoy working with children

• Thrive in fast-paced team environments

• Upbeat, energetic, and motivating – you bring a positive vibe to any situation

• Committed to delivering unforgettable customer service

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Great listener who uses feedback constructively
