We are on a mission to find exceptional Casual Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at Shoe Warehouse Tuggerah
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Sell our product: actively listen and offer suggestions to customers based on their needs;
- Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system;
- Support with VM, store cleanliness and a Safety-First culture.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
- A positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service;
- Communication and problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
