We are on the hunt for exceptional Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at REVIEW Wagga Wagga Myer.
As the face of our brand, you will passionately engage with customers on the shop floor and help drive sales and KPIs. You’ll also ensure a high standard of store presentation and uphold the unique Review experience.
Delivering genuine, memorable customer service experiences
Driving sales and meeting store KPIs
Maintaining immaculate store presentation by following visual merchandising guidelines
Developing strong product knowledge of apparel and accessories
Supporting stock replenishment and organisation in the stock room
Using ladders to retrieve stock from height (must be comfortable doing so)
Assisting the Store Manager with store operations and light cleaning duties as needed
Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally with exposure to KPIs or sales targets
Enthusiastic and energetic – thrives in fast-paced team environments
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
Strong communication and organisation skills
A great listener who takes feedback on board and uses it to improve
