About the role:

Are you a passionate Sales Assistant or Assistant Manager thats passionate in retail and ready to step up in your career? We are on a mission to find an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager and lead our team at Chadstone!

The total hours for this part-time position is 31 hours over a Sunday - Thursday roster. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store. 

Once you have joined the Review team you will not be alone. A complete induction program and continuous professional development covering all areas of management are provided – we want you to succeed.

What will your day look like with us: 

• Supporting the Store Manager, you will motivate a passionate team and assist with managing the daily store operations
• Build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards
• Inspire and help mentor a diverse team of apparel enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy!
• Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
• Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation)
  
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous Assistant Store Management or Retail Sales Assistant experience
• A passion about creating a memorable service experience for our customers
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members
• A proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's
• Previous experience with stock control and visual merchandising 
• Excellent time management skills
• Interest in continuous improvement and learning
