ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As the Assistant Store Manager at Reebok Harbour Town you’ll support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve strong store results. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day store operations, team development, and driving a customer-first culture on the shop floor.

This role is ideal for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness, teamwork, and performance.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Driving sales and KPIs to meet and exceed store targets
• Delivering an exceptional, customer-led experience through leading by example
• Assisting in managing daily store operations, including rostering, reporting, and opening/closing procedures
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Overseeing stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards
• Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard at all times
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment in line with OH&S requirements
• Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture

 

ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Retail Sales leadership role
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
• Experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and roster management
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Committed to continuous improvement and ongoing learning
• Passionate about fitness, retail, and delivering great customer experiences
