ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We’re on the lookout for a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Champion Moorabbin leadership team!
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, driving results, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience, all while embodying the Champion spirit.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations
- Leading a team by example to deliver outstanding service and a customer-first culture
- Mentoring and developing team members to achieve KPIs and celebrate their wins
- Monitoring store sales and performance, identifying strengths and areas for growth
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Taking proactive steps in loss prevention and stock control
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S standards
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 3IC or Retail Sales Assistant
- A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Proven ability to coach and develop a team
- A track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Experience in stock control and visual merchandising
- Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills
- A proactive and positive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
