ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee the full Accounts Receivable function across our Group. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services & Treasury, you will lead a team and play a key role in driving financial performance comprising of receipting (EFT, BPAY, Credit Cards), credit risk reviews, resolving disputes, reconciling major accounts, and building strong customer relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Team with up to four direct reports.
  Full function Accounts Receivable role that will see you effectively manage all credit functions to internal and external stakeholders; this is a ‘hands on’ role, including, but not limited to:
• Daily matching of EFT’s, BPAY and Credit Cards
• Setting up new customers with adequate credit checks and risk review
• Effectively resolve disputed invoices
• Reconciliation of major accounts
• Create and maintain customer relationships to retrieve customer payments across multiple currencies
• Escalate action on overdue accounts by proactively communicating with Customer Service Team and Sales Teams
• Manage bad debt process and liaise with debt collection agency
  Weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Corporate Services & Treasury
