ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Footwear & Accessories team at Designworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of Australia’s leading fashion and footwear groups. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales and Product Development team, ensuring smooth communication, timely order processing, and exceptional service for some of our most recognised retail partners.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Marketing to ensure product launches, deliveries, and retail presentations are executed seamlessly, all while developing your skills in account management within a fast-paced and supportive team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide day-to-day account coordination support across key retail partners.
  • Manage order processing, allocations, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with retailers on product information, uploads, and imagery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Production, Logistics) to ensure on-time launches and campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for customer meetings.
  • Support product lifecycle administration, ensuring systems and documents are accurate and up to date.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a wholesale or fashion environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Illustrator skills a plus).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for fashion, footwear, or consumer brands.
  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
